Heather Medlin Heather Medlin is a
personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise.
She has worked at Bodies by Bender for almost two years.
Having lost 40 pounds since 2005, she knows the battle and
constant struggle of weight loss. She has also come to accept
the fact that she will never look like a Barbie doll and makes the
best of what God has given her.
She just recently got married and now has a family of five.
She strives to set an example of a healthy lifestyle for her family
although that is not so easy sometimes with teenagers! You
should see the battle with vegetables!
Heather is also a musician and has played the saxophone for 17
years. She now plays on the worship team at her Church and
loves every minute of it.
You can find Heather lifting weights in the gym, running stairs,
or her own personal favorite, running the M. Yes, we think she
might be a little crazy. She always make sure that her clients
laugh when they are with her. Because, after all, laughter is
the best medicine
